Houston businesses and the surrounding service area

FAQ

Straight answers to the first ten questions.

If a promise is not operationally established — hours, 24/7 coverage, certifications — we will not invent it here.

Do you provide both onsite and remote IT support?+

Yes. Remote support covers most account, software, and Microsoft 365 issues. Onsite work in the Houston service area is used for hardware, office networks, cameras, and property connectivity.

Can you support a business that is not ready for a managed agreement?+

Yes. Project work and on-demand business support are available. Many clients start there and move to managed IT once the environment is stable enough to manage well.

What is included in managed IT services?+

A typical agreement covers help desk, monitoring, patching, Microsoft 365 administration, security hygiene, documentation, and regular reviews. Exact inclusions are defined before you sign. We do not publish made-up Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages.

Can you take over from another IT provider?+

Yes. We plan a handover of access, documentation, and vendor accounts so support does not drop during the switch.

Do you support Microsoft 365 licensing, email, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint?+

Yes. Those are core parts of the Microsoft 365 work we do for Houston businesses.

Can you connect separate buildings without trenching fiber or cable?+

Often yes, when there is line of sight and a suitable mounting path. We survey before promising a wireless link.

Do you plan and install camera systems or only configure them?+

We plan, install, and integrate camera systems, including upgrades to existing NVR or mixed systems. Brand and permit boundaries are confirmed before work starts.

Can you build a website and connect it to our CRM or text notifications?+

Yes, when the platform allows a reliable integration. Those connections are scoped after discovery.

Do you support AutoCAD, Bentley, ProjectWise, Trimble, and engineering workstations?+

Yes. Engineering and surveying IT is a focused part of the practice — large files, specialized applications, and workstations, not generic desktop support alone.

What parts of Houston do you serve?+

Houston is the home market. The public service-area details, travel radius, and any neighborhood focus are listed on the Service Areas page once they are confirmed — we do not invent a coverage map.

Use the short form. If this is an active outage, say so. Existing clients should use Client Support.
